Job Opening for Full-time Construction Associate :

Keystone Homes is hiring for a Full-time Construction Associate.

The essential functions of the Construction Associate are to evaluate all homeowner warranty items and to attend all warranty appointments with the homeowner and trade partner(s) to ensure that each warrantable issue has been resolved. This individual will also assist Keystone’s Builders and Quality Assurance Representative in various duties as needed.


The Construction Associate will communicate closely with trade partners, homeowners, and office and field personnel. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and service, as well as the ability to be productive while working independently. The Construction Associate must demand excellence of trade partners and cannot accept anything less than that when ensuring that warranty items have been resolved. Exceptional communication, customer service, organization, and problem solving skills are a must. Individual must be motivated and able to maintain a fast pace.


A Bachelors degree or an Associates degree and two years experience is preferred. Individual must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be willing to work in a smoke-free and drug-free environment. Salary commensurate with education and experience. Keystone Homes, Inc. conducts extensive pre-employment testing to ensure that it hires the person who best fits the job.
