The Construction Associate must demand excellence of trade partners and cannot accept anything less than that when ensuring that warranty items have been resolved. Exceptional communication, customer service, organization, and problem solving skills are a must.  Individual must be motivated and able to maintain a fast pace.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;A Bachelors degree or an Associates degree and two years experience is preferred.  Individual must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be willing to work in a smoke-free and drug-free environment.  Salary commensurate with education and experience.
